My hair gets very tangled, what should kind of shampoo should I used, or cream?

Basically, my hair is a about 3 inches below my shoulders, and I have it very wavy, so either I do it straight with the flat iron, or curly with moose, but there are times when it will get very very tangled. I literally can not run my fingers, it happens in the back of the hair. So, at times I just have to pull it out. what should i do about that?My hair gets very tangled, what should kind of shampoo should I used, or cream?
buy. Bio sillk. Its a leave in oil that works wonders. use it after you shower. it costs 20 bucks a bottle but its worth it.My hair gets very tangled, what should kind of shampoo should I used, or cream?
Try the Sunsilk Shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner. If you don't like that then try Sauve smooth and sleek leave in conditioner. It's in an orange bottle. That's two of the things I use. I
try using suave detangling spray, smells like apples. when i use gel in my hair to make it curly it does get really knotty so i will use the spray before and after i shampoo.
use head and shoulders, its alot easier, i also have long hair and i use it to stop my hair getting tangeled it also stops dandruff as you probably know, i almost guarnetee this will solve your problem, if it doesnt try wearing a bobble X) before you go to bed, to stop it getting tangled

hope it helped
