Shampoo is not advisable to substitute for shaving cream because it contains mild detergent-like ingredients which may cause dryness and irritation to your skin. Plus, when you shave, your pores open, thus letting the shaving cream substitute enter your pores and then causing rashes and irritation. I suggest you use a milder alternative like conditioner; it moisturizes your skin and it's smooth to work with. :)
So here are the steps:
1. Wash your legs with mild soap and water.
2. Completely dry with towel.
3. Spread the conditioner as evenly as possible, making sure that all visible hair is covered with it.
4. Then using a razor, gently glide through it from the opposite direction of the hair growth.
5. Rinse with water. How can you shave using shampoo as shaving cream?
Hey,
Step one:
make sure the area you want to shave is wet, prefrably with warm water, this way your pores will open up and you shave will be closer and smoother.
Step two:
Depending on the size of the area take between a nickel to quarter size amount of shampoo into your palm. drip some water into your palm with the shampoo in it. Put your hands together and lather up the shampoo.
Step three:
Place the lathered shampoo all over the area.
Step four:
Wet razor blade with warm water
Step five:
Start shaving. Go is the opposite direction of your hair growth. This will prevent ingrown hairs and provided you with a closer shave.
Step five:
wash off blade everytime you finish with a small area.
Step six:
Rinse off area.
Step seven:
pat dry with towel
Step eight:
Put lotion on the that area for extra smoothness
Hope this works, Good luck!!!
I suppose you can. Do the same thing as you would with shaving cream.
Step 1. Put a dime sized amount of shampoo in your hand.
Step 2. Spread it out over the area you want to shave.
Step 3. ';Lather'; it, or spread it around until it foams.
Step 4. Then take your shaver, start shaving.
Step 5. If you've shaved and the shampoo runs out, put some more on.
its really simple!
1) lather up the shampoo, then rub it on wherever you are shaving. make sure you cover the entire area (you don't need very much, same ammt. you would use on your hair)
2) shave, but be careful because the shampoo can rinse off if you do it in the shower while the water is running
uh.. I'd shampoo my hair, so that the shampoo lathers up really good, then take some of the lather from my head, and put it on my leg.
I would just use shaving cream though, it's thicker.
1. apply shampoo on the area needed (like putting on lotion)
2. shave
3. apply more as needed while shaving
you can apply the shampoo at the place of shaving. there will be foam and you can by razor shave the portion
I heard it was conditioner that worked good not shampoo...
shampoo...r dangerous to shave..coz they have been made by bad chemicals....
it can get in to ur skin thru cuts..(u make whn u shave)..!!dont do tht.!
